I can help. I use art therapy techniques to help you explore and understand your inner landscape; a metaphor used in order to visualize the intangible parts of yourself: your thoughts, emotions and internal responses to external triggers.

Art therapy is a way to express yourself visually, and to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of being in a creative state. Indulge your curiosity about yourself by tapping into your subconscious using creative processes.

Hi, I’m Kim.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to change themselves and their lives for the better. I am passionate about the journey of self discovery and believe that creative art therapy is a poignant and meaningful way to explore our inner landscape. Through the work of metaphor and connecting with our unconscious we can unlock the parts of ourselves that are holding us back and getting in our way. I believe in examining uncovered thoughts and feelings with nonjudgmental curiosity in order to learn and grow.

I am currently seeing clients in West Los Angeles and virtually via telehealth.
